Description: This ministry shares Christ with tourists, seasonal workers, and the local community through a variety of creative ministries such as Surf-and-Sand Clubs, campground worship, lifeguard ministry and outreach to internationals. Summer is the most active season for ministry. Mission teams and summer missionaries are an essential part of the ministry.

Deep Creek Lake Resort Ministry
Garrett County, Maryland
Description: This is a brand-new ministry of the Western Baptist Association churches to build relationships and share Christ with the tourists, seasonal workers and local community in and around Deep Creek Lake in Garrett County. There is a current need for prayer walkers as this ministry gets started. More volunteer opportunities will become available soon as this ministry develops. Embrace Baltimore
Baltimore, Maryland
Description: Embrace Baltimore and its ministry partners serve the larger Metro-Baltimore area through a focused blend of prayer support, planting churches, developing pastoral and lay leaders, impacting neighborhoods through community-based activities, and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. Over the next few years, thousands of volunteers will be needed to assist in church planting, prayer walking, block parties, and many other ministry related efforts.

Inner Harbor Ministry
Baltimore, Maryland
Description: This ministry presents Christ in contemporary, credible, creative and caring ways to the people who live, work and visit around the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. IHM ministers to both the physical and spiritual needs of people through a variety of servanthood and ministry evangelism projects. Volunteers are needed throughout the year, particularly with the ministry to hungry and homeless people. See the IHM website for current opportunities and needs.

Raceway Ministry
Dover, Delaware
Description: This ministry of the Delaware Baptist Association churches shares Christ with the NASCAR fans, crews and track workers twice a year (June and September)  at Dover Downs. Volunteer opportunities range from friendly people to staff the ministry site to clowns, performance teams, cookie helpers and others. In addition, volunteers are needed to bake thousands of homemade cookies to use in the ministry.

Wilmington Games
Wilmington, Delaware
Description: Delaware Association churches and ministry partners reach out to children, youth and families in the Wilmington area for several weeks each summer around the Wilmington Games, a variety of sporting tournaments for young people sponsored by the City of Wilmington. Volunteers are needed for prayerwalking and various servanthood evangelism and sports-related ministry projects.
