Youth Pastor/Director

We are seeking God for someone to serve as Youth Pastor/Director.

This ministry opportunity is for someone who would be willing to serve bivocationally.

This person must have a sense of calling to Baltimore. We are a Southern Baptist church that has partnered along with other churches with the North American Mission Board of the SBC to “Embrace Baltimore” in what the SBC calls Strategic Focus Cities or SFC. One of the focuses of SFC is to plant new churches. We are a new church.

One of our strategies in reaching people for Christ is to be a church of small groups, not a church with small groups. The small group ministry is the primary discipleship facet of our multifaceted approach to fulfilling the Great Commission.

Our desire is to see young people trust Jesus as Lord and Savior and then discipled toward Christian maturity. We have purposely created environments (KidzSpace, StudentQuest and KingdomQuest) to foster youth evangelism and discipleship.
