Professional Profile
I consider the gifts that God has given me to be three-fold. First, God has given me the gift to teach/preach. Gifts need to be confirmed my others in a Christian’s life and this gift has been confirmed by others. Second, God has challenged me with the gift of leadership. I love to see people/churches be what God intended them to be and the fact that I get to be a part of all he wants to do is incredible. Finally, I believe that God has given me the gift to be a vision caster. The ability to see what God has in mind for the church and then go get it is a huge responsibility and one that I take quite seriously. It is these three gifts that keep me challenged and moving forward in my walk with the Lord. My goal is to preach the word of God in a clear and experiential way to allow all ages the ability to get to know the Lord Jesus Christ. Moving the church forward is a delicate process—yet it must be done. The leadership challenges of my past have helped shape my future. I pray that God would led me in the direction that He intends to take me—while all along I keep my eyes fixated upon the cross for His glory.
