SUMMARY
I was fortunate to be raised in a good Christian home. However, after going through a time of rebellion, I realized that I was playing a very dangerous game, and although I was fooling everyone around me, I was not fooling God. I was saved in 1983 and my life has not been the same since, thank God for that! I began feeling a call on my life in 1985 to enter the music ministry. I proceeded to talk about this feeling to a trusted Pastor friend, and he advised me that if I could do anything else to do that. I tried for the next 9 years to do what he had advised, but as he and I both knew, I was unable to do anything else and feel good about it. I surrendered to the ministry in 1994, and was called shortly thereafter to my first church just outside Ocala, Florida in the small town of Anthony.
After serving in Anthony for about a year and a half, I began to feel God leading me to complete my education. This was another major step, as now I had a wife and children to think about also. However, God led us to F.B.T.C. and with His leadership, we were able to graduate in 3 ½ years. Our desire is to serve in the place that He wants, no matter where that may be.
